The SensFlo OEM program lets machine builders embed real-time monitoring and AI production analytics directly into the equipment they sell. You set the price, keep the brand and own the customer relationship, while SensFlo runs the intelligence underneath.
The OEM partner program is a software licensing arrangement for companies that build industrial equipment, including CNC machines, injection molding machines and industrial controllers. OEM partners license SensFlo's monitoring platform and ship it inside their own products, so a customer receives a connected machine with utilization tracking, fault alerts and AI analysis already in place when it arrives on the floor.
Because the product carries your brand, you also take on the parts of the lifecycle a SensFlo customer would normally get from us: installation, first-line support, marketing and sales. SensFlo provides the licensing rights, engineer certification, implementation documentation and escalation support your team needs to do that well. Companies that want a lighter commitment usually start with the Reseller program or the Technology program.
OEM partners pay SensFlo a licensing fee and sell the finished product at whatever price their market supports, which keeps the margin decision entirely on your side.
You set list prices, bundles and service terms for the monitoring features in your equipment, and the licensing fee stays predictable as volume grows.
SensFlo is invisible to your customers. Dashboards, alerts and reports appear as part of your product rather than a third-party add-on.
Embed any SensFlo level from Lite through Premier, along with the FloControl™ platform and the FloE™ assistant.
OEM is the most involved of the five programs because your company owns the product end to end. Before your first customer deployment, three things need to be in place.
At least one engineer on your team completes SensFlo certification.
Your team handles end-customer support, with SensFlo engineers available for escalation.
Marketing and sales for the connected product run through your organization.
The program fits companies that design and sell physical equipment and want monitoring to be part of the product itself.
Building smart, connected equipment for production floors.
Needing production analytics built into the device.
Serving metalworking, plastics, food and beverage or textiles.
Launching equipment lines with monitoring included from day one.
Every OEM partner gets a customer-facing landing page on sensflo.ai. These are the partners currently in the program and the pages built with them.

Common questions answered by the SensFlo team
No. In the OEM model SensFlo is invisible to end customers. Dashboards, alerts and reports are presented under your brand as part of your product.
The OEM partner does. OEM partners pay SensFlo a licensing fee and keep full control over the price and margin of the product they sell.
The OEM partner supports its end customers directly, since the product is sold under the partner's brand. SensFlo supports the partner's certified engineers with escalation support and over-the-air remote support for the IoT devices and software.
Partners can offer the full SensFlo catalog: Level 1 Lite, Level 2 Pro and Level 3 Premier, along with the FloControl™ platform and FloE™. Resellers sell these solutions to their clients, and OEM partners can embed any of them in their own equipment.
Yes — many partners evolve over time, for example, starting as Referral partners and moving to Reseller as their SensFlo practice deepens. Hybrid models are also possible; for example, a hardware OEM may also pursue a Technology integration partnership. Our team will help you structure the right approach.
