Common questions answered by the SensFlo team

How long does the application and onboarding process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 5 business days, after which an onboarding call is scheduled. Full onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on your partnership model and certification requirements. Referral partners can be operational within days of their onboarding call.

What industries does SensFlo support?

SensFlo currently serves the Metalworking, Plastics, Food & Beverage, and Textile industries. Partners often specialize in one or more of these verticals. If your clients operate in an adjacent sector, contact us to discuss how SensFlo may apply.

Can I participate in more than one partnership model?

Yes — many partners evolve over time, for example, starting as Referral partners and moving to Reseller as their SensFlo practice deepens. Hybrid models are also possible; for example, a hardware OEM may also pursue a Technology integration partnership. Our team will help you structure the right approach.

Is technical training required for all partners?

Technical certification is required for Reseller, OEM, and Consulting Services partners, as these models involve deploying or embedding SensFlo for clients. Referral partners have no certification requirement. Technology partners have access to training, but it is optional.

What's the difference between a Referral Partner and a Reseller?

Referral partners earn a fee by introducing qualified prospects to the SensFlo sales team; they're not involved in the sales process itself. Resellers bundle SensFlo into their own solutions, take responsibility for deployment, and earn a margin on the sale. Resellers can also certify their engineers to provide Tier 1 client support.
